Graphically SingStar doesn’t need to offer much. While singing the songs, the music video is played in the background. The menus however look sharp and are simple to navigate. The music videos are great quality, and there’s nothing that would turn you away visually.

The list of SingStar games on the PS2 is getting longer and longer but it’s starting to get old in terms of visuals and technical limitations. Still, it remains one of the most interesting franchises out there, especially with cool compilations like this one.

SingStar Legends brings nothing new to the table, except new and fantastic tunes. The same great modes exist, the same use for the eyetoy exists, and the same fading grainy quality of the PS2 DVD versions of the videos exists.

For gamers who haven’t played SingStar and don’t own the game, we’re looking at an eight or a nine. I fall into the former category, and I’m pretty sure that most people will too.
